TRAVELLING TO THE EVENT

We recommend that all runners use public transport on race day, as the area is well served with underground stations. Please make sure you check the TfL and National Rail websites in the week prior to the event for any planned disruptions or engineering works.

  • Latest road closure information can be found here. We do not recommend driving, as many roads will be closed from 05:00, and parking in the area will be extremely difficult. NOTE there is no parking at Shoreditch Park.

  • The following stations are closest to the start. You’ll be able to follow our signed walking routes to Shoreditch Park:

Old Street Station (Northern Line and National Rail) - 10 - 15 mins

    Hoxton Station (Windrush Line) - 10 - 15 mins

    Haggerston Station (Windrush Line) - 10 – 15 mins

Liverpool Street Station (Central, Circle, Hammersmith & City, Metropolitan, Elizabeth Lines, Weaver ,National Rail) - 20 – 25 mins

  • Local bus services operating in the area may be subject to diversions from 04:30 onwards, due to our road closures in the area for the event. For further information on bus travel on race day, please visit TfL in the week leading up to the event.

  • Please note that there are no specific cycle parking facilities for the event. Santander Cycle docking stations along the race route will be suspended for the day and therefore unavailable.

  • There are a number of e-bike hubs available for the event. It will not be possible to park e-bikes in locations other than these hubs on event day.
